What We Are Not

SynciCal is intentionally simple. We are not a full Property Management System (PMS), and we don’t try to be. Specifically:

We don’t manage guest communications
We don’t offer payment processing
We don’t handle bookings or availability
We don’t sync data back to platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com
We don’t store your calendar data - sync only

Important Note About Shared Calendars

Color coding applies to the calendar in your Google account - the one you created and shared with SynciCal. If you share this calendar with other Google accounts (e.g., cleaning teams or co-hosts), they may see different colors or the default color due to how Google Calendar handles shared calendar display settings. Each viewer can customize their own color preferences for shared calendars in their own Google Calendar settings.
