Detailed Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log into Google Account
Go to Google Calendar (click me!) and make sure you are signed in.
Step 2: Create New Calendar
Go to Settings → Add Calendar → Create new calendar (click me!).
- Name: Airbnb (you can change this at anytime)
- Description: SynciCal Airbnb to Google Calendar Sync (you can change this at anytime)
- Time Zone: Your local time zone
Click Create calendar.
Step 3: Share Your Calendar with Our Service Account
Navigate to Calendar settings for the calendar you just created.
Scroll to Share with and click Add people and groups.
Invite our SynciCal account, which will allow us to sync to your Google Calendar:
syncical@syncical-474106.iam.gserviceaccount.com
Set permissions to: Make changes to events
Step 4: Get the Calendar ID
Still in the calendar settings, scroll down to the Integrate calendar section.
Copy the Calendar ID (usually looks like an email address).
Step 5: Get your Airbnb Listing iCal URLs
Log in to Airbnb hosting (click me!).
Navigate to Calendar -> Click the listing your want to sync -> Click Availability settings (generally on the right) -> scroll down to Connect calendars and click Connect to another website
Click the Copy button to copy the Airbnb calendar link
Step 6: Fill Our Form
Fill out the following form with:
- Calendar ID (from step 4)
- Airbnb iCal URLs (from step 5)
We will link these feeds to your Google Calendar for automated sync.
